Sunday through Wednesday 10 - 5
Thursday 10 - 11:30, 2 - 8
An initial visit is typically 2 hours long and costs $200.
Follow up visits are 1.5 hours long and cost $150.
When subsequent sessions are longer or shorter, the hourly rate is $100.00 per hour, billed in 15 minute increments.
Payment is expected at the time of service, and can be made by cash, check or credit card.
Please inquire about special accommodations, should this cost be prohibitive to your receiving care. I will be using the federal guidelines for free and reduced price lunchs to determine eligibility for the reduced rate. Additional reductions include infant, military and student rates.
Cancellation Policy
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. If you do not give 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate appointments which follow yours. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible to pay for the time reserved for you.
