Over the years, I have been graced by many wonderful teachers and the knowledge of many traditional healers. I continue to travel to Belize, Central America annually to further study the healing arts of ancient and contemporary Maya, passed down from the traditional shaman Don Elijio Panti, to Dr. Rosita Arvigo, to myself.
